Personal On-on-One Coaching
Laura will personally walk with you step-by-step to develop your vision and goals and help you navigate any obstacles that may be in your way. Personal one-on-one coaching includes:

(4) 60 minute, one-on-one, private coaching sessions per month
- Private Sessions can be over the phone, via Zoom, or a combination -
Option to record and transcribe each coaching session

Business Advisory Boards/Accountability Groups
(AKA: Mastermind Groups)
Not quite ready for a one-on-one experience and prefer a group setting? Business Advisory Boards may be a better option!
Here’s what it looks like to be a part of an Advisory Board:
1. Your Advisory Board will meet once a month on Zoom for 3 hours (with a 15 minute break)

2. Prior to each meeting, you will log into the Client Portal and fill out an Advisory Board Update Form. This will prepare you for the meeting.
​
3. Immediately after each meeting, you will fill out a 30-Day Goal Planner Form. This will help you get clear about your goals for the next month, how you plan to tackle them, and how to navigate what might get in your way.
​
4. In between monthly meetings, you will meet with your accountability partner for that month. Accountability partners are a peer from your board group. Accountability Partner meetings are an opportunity to share and troubleshoot any snags you may be running into as well as hold each other (and be held) accountable for your goals. Your Accountability Partner will be assigned to you at the end of each board meeting so that you will work with each member of the group.

5. You also have the option to schedule a personal coaching session with Laura for a discounted fee.
